Niagara Flag Rugby has been amalgamated under each of the two supporting regional rugby organizations in alignment with Rugby Ontario and they each continue to provide non-contact programs for youths aged 4 to 12. Fun & Safe! Those under age 14 and 16 will have the option now for modified contact; as well as, other LTAD options.
